4. User Submissions

Catalyst does not claim ownership of any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags or other materials you submit for display or distribution to others through the Services (collectively, "User Submissions"). Nonetheless, all user submissions grant us and our affiliates, representatives and sub-licensees a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, sub-licensable through multiple tiers, irrevocable license to use, syndicate, license, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publicly perform, and publish your User Submissions in any medium now known or later developed; We reserve the right to display ads in connection with User Submissions and to use User Submissions for promotional purposes without any compensation to you. We are not required to display any User Submissions and may remove or refuse any User Submissions at any time. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of any kind of User Submissions. Catalyst News owns the intellectual property rights to the technology used to aggregate, analyze, access, and display all the content and data displayed here. Any unauthorized use of the technology or its outputs is strictly prohibited and is a ground for termination of user accounts and further legal action.
